HR Generalist

Overview

We're hiring an HR Generalist for our advanced manufacturing company.

We produce precision components with specialty materials for the aerospace and defense industries, a dynamic market where demand keeps climbing and the work has to be right the first time. The company is in a period of rapid growth: new employees across the plant, new equipment, and new customers. We need an HR professional who can help the organization keep up.

This is a true generalist seat. You'll run day-to-day HR across the company – onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, HRIS records, and performance review support — and provide structural support for recruiting as we staff our manufacturing and floor technician teams. The role splits time between the office and the production floor, working with everyone from entry-level technicians to executives.
