HR Generalist

About the role

Mario A. Alix Philippines, Inc. is looking for an HR Generalist who is responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding

• Handle employee concerns and HR documentation

• Assist with performance evaluation and employee relations

• Manage HR records, benefits, attendance, and leave

• Implement company policies and HR programs

• Ensure HR compliance and support day-to-day HR operations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

• 2–3 years HR Generalist experience

• Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration

• Familiar with Philippine labor laws, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace

• Can handle confidential employee information professionally

• CHRA/HR certification is an advantage
