Location: Surulere, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,000 per month
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Monday – Saturday)
Weekdays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

A prestigious bespoke high-end fashion house is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and reside within or close to Surulere, Lagos.

Requirements

* Must live close to Surulere, Lagos.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and Nigerian labour regulations.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Administer employee benefits and payroll.
* Maintain employee records and HR databases.
* Support employee performance management and development.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
* Facilitate employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
* Assist in organizing training and professional development programs.
