HR Generalist

We are now looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our Central Europe team and support our operations across Slovenia and Croatia.

This is an opportunity for an HR professional who wants to make a difference beyond a single market. In this role, you'll help shape the employee experience across two countries, working closely with managers and employees to create a workplace where people can grow, belong and shine. Your key contribution areas

As our HR Generalist, you'll help ensure that our HR practices support business success while creating a caring and engaging employee experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring accurate and timely execution of all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
• Ensuring local compliance with employment legislation and alignment with global HR policies and governance
• Maintaining accurate HR data, employee records and HR systems
• Supporting business leaders on people, culture and organisational topics
• Involved in recruitment, onboarding and talent development activities

We believe you will succeed in this role if you have:

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist role
• Previous experience in managing the relationship with external payroll & HR administrative providers
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Fluency in English is a must
• Fluency in Croatian
