- Support managers with probation, absence, performance and other routine employee relations matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR systems and documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, terms and conditions and other HR correspondence.
- Support annual pay reviews, bonus administration and HR benchmarking.

Where You Will Be Working
We have two main office locations: our Head Office, based in the iconic South Rotunda building on the South Bank of the River Clyde, and our welding and fabrication facility at Westway Business Park, Renfrew. This role will work across both locations, so travel between sites will be required. Hybrid working is available, providing flexibility to balance time between our offices and working from home, in line with business requirements.

As well as a competitive salary, we offer a wide range of benefits that you can choose from and tailor to your needs.
- 34 days annual leave, with an additional day off on your birthday
