Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, administration, and coordination across multiple country stakeholders.
• Handle recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and employer branding initiatives.
• Assist with payroll administration, benefits management, and proficiency using HRIS platforms. To handle overseas plant payroll, verify and do 1st round of check, high volume of up to 3000 headcount, mainly verification check.
• Drive employee engagement activities, relations support, and organizational projects.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Degree in HR or related fields
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
