HR Generalist | Payroll, Recruitment & HR Operations | Diploma / Degree | Lorong Chuan FMCG MNC | UP $4.5K #HYT

Contract: 4 Months (October 2026 – January 2027)
Salary: Up to $4,500/month
Location: Lorong Chuan, walking distance from MRT
Working Hours: Office Hours, 5 Days

Job Scope:

• Manage monthly payroll for approximately 100 employees
• Handle recruitment and selection activities
• Support performance management processes
• Manage day-to-day HR administration
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and HR documentation
• Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment and performance matters
• Administer employee compensation and benefits
• Process government-paid leave and make-up claims

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
• Hands-on payroll experience
• Experience in recruitment and general HR operations
