HR Generalist
To support the achievement of organizational goals by delivering efficient and effective human resource services across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, compliance, and learning & development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
* Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and statutory compliance activities.
* Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and documentation.
* Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
* Coordinate learning and development initiatives while preparing HR reports and workforce analytics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Professional Certification: Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM/CIPM) or equivalent HR certification is an added advantage.
