Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years' progressive HR Generalist experience in a Consulting company
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
- CIPM membership is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus
