HR Generalist

Pinerium is seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across the organization.

This role is responsible for assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, attendance monitoring, policy implementation, documentation management, payroll support, and employee support while ensuring alignment with Pinerium’s culture, standards, and operational procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple HR activities in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment activities including job posting, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Assist in screening candidates and coordinating hiring processes with department managers.
  • Manage onboarding activities and employee orientation processes.
  • Ensure all employee records and onboarding documentation are complete and accurate.


HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee files, HR records, contracts, and internal documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, payroll support activities, and HR operational processes.
  • Support HR reporting and maintain accurate HR databases and records.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Support audit and documentation preparation activities.


Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support requests.
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
  • Promote positive workplace culture and employee experience.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.


Performance & HR Coordination

  • Support performance review coordination and employee follow-up activities.
  • Assist managers in HR-related administrative processes.
  • Coordinate training records, training programs, and employee development tracking.
  • Support HR projects and operational improvement initiatives.


Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure HR activities comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports when required.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR administration roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, attendance systems, payroll systems, or HR software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Bonus: HR certification (PHRi, SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
  • Must be a non-smoker (all types).
