HR Generalist – Pon.Bike Ops North America

As an HR Generalist for Pon.Bike North America, you are the on-site HR presence for our Rincon, Georgia facility while helping connect and support employees across our North America operations network. From your home base in Rincon, you provide HR support for teams in Georgia, Illinois, California, and remote shared services, helping create a consistent employee experience through HR administration, onboarding, reporting, and engagement programs.

Please note: This role is based on-site in Rincon, GA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role, and our search is focused on candidates currently located in the local Rincon area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact for everyday HR questions and support
  • Maintain accurate employee records, status changes, new hire paperwork, promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Support compliance through proper documentation, record keeping, and I-9 administration
  • Create and distribute HR reports that help leaders make informed workforce decisions
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, system access, benefits enrollment, and orientation logistics
  • Help deliver employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, events, and training activities
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, training sessions, and other HR-related activities across locations
  • Support HR projects, policy rollouts, and high-volume periods with strong organization and follow-through

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative, coordinator, or generalist role
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
  • You stay organized, manage multiple priorities effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills and provide responsive, employee-focused support
  • You handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state operations is a plus
  • Knowledge of leave administration, employment compliance processes, or learning management systems is helpful
  • SHRM-CP, a PHR, or progress toward an HR certification is a plus
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
