Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Surulere, Lagos (Applicants must reside in or around Yaba/Surulere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000/Month

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join a bespoke high-end fashion house in Surulere, Lagos. The ideal candidate will oversee key HR functions, support employee development, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee performance management and development.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Facilitate employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Assist in organizing training and professional development programmes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources.
• Must reside in or around Yaba/Surulere, Lagos.
• Ability to work 5 days per week (any five days between Monday and Saturday).
• Working hours:

• Weekdays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
