HR Generalist – Recruitment Focus 招募人員 (Temp)

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment to support our growing hiring needs. This role will play an important part in connecting qualified candidates with the right opportunities and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
1.Support recruitment activities for assigned positions
2.Source and identify potential candidates through 104 and other recruitment channels
3.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
4.Proactively contact and engage potential candidates
5.Arrange interviews and follow up on candidate progress
6.Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
7.Support recruitment events and other talent acquisition initiatives

HR Administration & Support:
1.Assist with HR documentation and daily administrative tasks
2.Maintain and update HR-related records and reports

Employment Details:

1.Contract Period: Approximately 3–6 months

一、招募與人才招募

負責指定職缺之招募相關工作
透過 104 人力銀行及其他招募管道，搜尋並開發潛在人選
進行履歷篩選及初步電話面談
主動聯繫並與潛在人選建立良好互動
安排面試並持續追蹤候選人進度
於招募過程中與候選人保持良好溝通
協助招募活動及其他人才招募相關專案

二、人資行政與支援

協助人資相關文件及日常行政作業
維護及更新人資相關資料與報表

三、聘僱資訊

合約期間： 約 3～6 個月
