HR Generalist
Position Summary: Support designated client groups in the recruiting, interviewing and on-boarding process for team members

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
Essential Job Functions:
- Service and support client service groups in the recruitment, advertising, selection, licensing and on- boarding of candidates
- Review applications to ensure compliance according to company and regulatory policies and procedures
- Utilize applicant tracking system to review applicants for open positions and communicate interview opportunities with identified candidates, maintaining accurate lifecycle recruiting procedures
- Research, analyze and identify the best sources for recruitment advertising including social media, online websites, print, radio and other
- Ensure compliance with regulatory concerns and reporting
- Manage the internal transfer process
- Coordinate the license and renewal process for team members in client services groups as needed
- Responsible of input for licensing
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of two years of progressive experience in a related field
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Exceptional public speaking ability
- Must be able to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner
- Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
- Computer skills required include database, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed both in an office and on the casino floor in a smoke-free environment with frequent walking, standing and prolonged periods of sitting a desk and working on a computer
- Regularly required to see, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, feel and reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
