HR Generalist

Lifetime Home Remodeling is expanding into Southern California, and we’re seeking a knowledgeable and motivated HR Generalist to support our new San Diego team. From onboarding and payroll to benefits and internal communications, this role is critical to building a strong foundation for our growing operation in the region.

What You Will Do
• Partner with local leaders and recruiting to support hiring needs
• Facilitate weekly onboarding sessions for new hires
• Coordinate training plans and maintain job descriptions
• Process payroll and manage updates related to pay, deductions, and taxes
• Oversee benefits enrollment and serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions
• Administer HRIS systems, company software accounts, and maintain equipment tracking
• Manage FMLA, COBRA, unemployment, and worker’s compensation cases
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, address concerns, and promote internal communication

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of payroll and HR Generalist experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
