HR Generalist
You will support and enhance HR services across multiple regions throughout the employee lifecycle. You will manage onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, HR documentation, and employee records. You will coordinate payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee support with Finance, payroll providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will guide employees and managers on HR policies and benefits, improve and automate HR processes, adopt AI and digital tools, and contribute to recruitment, learning, engagement, and other People projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, HR documentation, and employee records.
- Coordinate HR operations with Finance, payroll providers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee needs across supported regions.
- Guide employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and employee lifecycle matters.
- Improve, simplify, automate, and scale HR processes.
- Adopt AI, automation, and digital tools to improve HR operations, employee experience, and productivity.
- Partner on recruitment, learning initiatives, employee engagement, and cross-functional People projects.
- Own HR projects and help build scalable People practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Operations.
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR operational best practices.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and HR documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
