HR Generalist Technician

About the role

For a company located in Vallès Oriental, we are actively searching for an HR Generalist Technician -Industrial Environment- to provide integral support to the Human Resources management of the production centers and ensure correct personnel administration, compliance with labor regulations and collective agreements, as well as adequate management of labor relations and the needs of the different production areas.

The HR Technician will act as a close figure for workers and plant managers, facilitating coordination between HR, Production, and the rest of the departments.

What you'll do

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Personnel administration
• Daily management of workers' labor documentation.
• Management of contracts, registrations, terminations, modifications, and extensions.
• Control of payroll incidents and coordination with the labor consultancy.
• Management and monitoring of vacations, paid leave, absences, and other incidents.
• Control of working hours, shifts, labor calendar, and overtime.
• Maintenance and updating of personnel files and information systems.

The minimum requirements for the position are the following:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR department.
• Experience in managing shift-based personnel.
• Experience in personnel administration and labor relations.
• Availability of own vehicle

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial companies and production environments will be especially valued
• Experience in managing centers with a high level of workforce complexity will be valued.
