HR Generalist
Our client, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR operations across APAC, with responsibilities spanning employee lifecycle activities, payroll administration, HR compliance and vendor coordination.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Support recruitment activities and hiring requirements across business units, including coordination of the end-to-end hiring process and onboarding of new hires.
- Assist with talent management processes such as performance review, succession planning, and staff development programs.
- Review and update HR policies, employee handbook, and staff benefits in line with regulations.
- Handle HR operations including payroll instructions, HR reporting, manpower planning, and benefits administration.
- Support employee relations matters and assist with office administration and HR system support.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- At least 6-8 years of hands-on HR experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work effectively with stakeholders across all seniority levels
- Good communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Fluent in both English and Chinese to support business communication needs
