Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Surulere, Lagos (Applicants must reside in or around Yaba/Surulere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000/Month
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join a bespoke high-end fashion house in Surulere, Lagos. The ideal candidate will oversee key HR functions, support employee development, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Administer employee benefits and payroll.
* Maintain employee records and HR databases.
* Support employee performance management and development.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
* Facilitate employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
* Assist in organizing training and professional development programmes.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources.
* Must reside in or around Yaba/Surulere, Lagos.
* Ability to work 5 days per week (any five days between Monday and Saturday).
* Working hours:
* Weekdays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
* Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
