HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

* Source and identify potential candidates through job platforms, social media and other channels

* Create and post job advertisements

* Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates

* Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews

* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

* Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers

* Assist with onboarding and new-hire coordination

HR & Employer Branding

* Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives

* Assist in creating recruitment content and outreach materials

* Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives

* Conduct basic research on recruitment trends and talent pools

What We’re Looking For

* Diploma/Degree students or fresh graduates in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications or related fields

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Confident speaking and interacting with new people

* Proactive, organised and willing to take initiative

* Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn

* Able to work independently while collaborating with a team

* No prior HR experience required — training and mentorship will be provided
