In the role of Human Resources Intern at Villa San Michele, a Belmond Hotel, you will be an essential part of the HR department for the upcoming season. - Supporting the recruitment process, including posting jobs and screening candidates.
- Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Controll and Organization Staff House
- Helping to organize staff training sessions and events.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team (e.g., preparing documents, managing correspondence).
- Assisting with daily HR operations and responding to employee inquiries.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Law, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the hospitality sector and human resources management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
