HR Intern (Training Provided) #JTL

As an HR Recruitment Intern, you will:

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Conduct initial phone screenings to understand candidates' experience, career aspirations, and suitability for various roles.

• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and clients.

• Prepare candidate profiles and maintain accurate recruitment records.

• Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.

• Matching suitable candidates with clients' hiring needs.

• Conduct market research and talent mapping across different industries.

• Assist with employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events.

• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
