*This is a one-year contract position.

1.Assist in planning and executing employee relations initiatives and employee engagement programs.
2.Participate in the planning and execution of internal communications, employee experience, employer branding, and corporate culture initiatives.
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and drive employee engagement activities and corporate culture projects.
4.Assist in developing communication materials, including internal communications, social media content, video production and editing, podcasts, and other multimedia content to enhance employee engagement and interaction.
5.Support HR projects, as well as the department's daily administrative and operational activities.

1.協助規劃與執行員工關係及員工活動相關專案
2.參與內部溝通、員工體驗、雇主品牌及企業文化等相關活動的規劃及執行
3.與不同部門夥伴合作，協助推動各項員工活動與企業文化專案
4.協助相關溝通文宣內容，包括內部溝通、社群媒體文案撰寫、影片拍攝與剪輯、Podcast 等多媒體內容，提升員工參與及互動
5.支援 HR 專案及部門日常行政與營運相關工作
