HR Legal Counsel – Labor Law (m/f/d)

As our HR Legal Counsel – Labor Law, you are the trusted legal partner for HR across Europe. You provide expert guidance on labor and employment law, oversee contract management, and ensure compliance across all European entities. By translating complex legal requirements into practical, business-oriented solutions, you help enable efficient, compliant, and people-focused operations while supporting senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities
- Advise HR and management on labor law, employment contracts, terminations, disciplinary measures, and collective agreements
- Monitor European labor law developments and ensure compliance across subsidiaries
- Provide strategic legal guidance, develop HR policies, and support audits and cross-functional projects
- Coordinate external legal advisors when required.
- Support in HR related operational tasks.
- Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., State Examination),bar admission
- Several years of experience in labor/employment law and contract management, preferably in an international environment
- Experience in-house or in HR-legal functions is preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor lawwithin Europe
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
