CP One Japanでは、HRM Specialistを募集します。本ポジションは、オペレーションや制度変更に伴うプロジェクトをリードし、関係部署との調整・推進を通じて円滑な導入・運営を実現する役割を担います。その過程において、インセンティブ計算・運営、社内外の情報収集やデータ整備・分析、各種プレゼンテーション資料の作成などを行い、ビジネスおよび組織における意思決定を支援いただきます。

主な業務内容

  • オペレーションおよび制度変更に関するプロジェクトの企画・推進・進捗管理
  • 関係部署およびステークホルダーとの調整、コミュニケーション、および合意形成
  • インセンティブプログラムの運営および計算業務
  • 社内外の情報収集、リサーチ、および分析
  • 各種データの整備・管理ならびにレポーティング基盤の維持・改善
  • プロジェクト推進や意思決定に必要なデータ分析およびインサイトの提供
  • 経営層や社内ステークホルダー向けのプレゼンテーション資料、レポート、提案資料の作成
  • 業務プロセスの改善および運用効率化に向けた施策の立案・実行
  • その他、組織およびビジネス目標達成に必要なアドホックプロジェクトへの参画・リード

基本資格

  • 事業会社における営業管理、セールスオペレーション、またはバックオフィスの実務経験（3年以上）
  • ExcelまたはGoogleスプレッドシートを用いたデータ集計・分析、およびダッシュボード作成の経験
  • データから課題を抽出し、自ら改善策を提案・実行できる論理的思考力と問題解決能力
  • 複数の関係者（社内外）を巻き込み、オペレーションを円滑に進行・管理できるディレクション能力
  • 正確かつスピード感を持った事務処理・清算業務の遂行能力
  • 社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できる高いコミュニケーション能力および調整能力,
  • 4年制大学卒業以上

歓迎資格

  • BIツール（Tableau, Looker等）やCRM（Salesforce等）の構築・運用経験
  • BPOや代理店（業務委託）の運用管理・清算業務の経験
  • IT・テック業界における業務プロセス改善プロジェクトのリード経験
  • チームのリーダー・マネジメント経験
