About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing Thai lifestyle jewelry brand known for its minimalist design and meaningful storytelling. With 30+ stores across Thailand, a growing presence overseas, and collaborations with globally recognized brands, the company is entering its next stage of growth as it expands into international markets. They are looking for an HR Manager to scale the people function and build a strong, engaged team to support this journey.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Business Partnering
- Partner closely with the founders and management team to translate business direction into practical HR strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and people matters
- Support HR readiness for regional expansion, including cross-border hiring, work permits, and international HR practices
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for head office and 30+ retail stores, from frontline staff to management roles
- Build a strong talent pipeline to support new store openings and international growth
- Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent in the lifestyle and retail space
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Design and drive engagement programs that build a positive, connected culture across head office and stores
- Monitor turnover and engagement data, and take action to improve retention, especially among retail staff
- Handle employee relations with fairness and consistency
Performance & Development
- Manage the annual performance management cycle, including KPI setting, evaluation, and feedback
- Initiate learning and development programs that support employee growth and career paths
Compensation, HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain a competitive salary structure and benefits aligned with market trends
- Oversee payroll, HR systems, HR administration, and visa/work permit processes
- Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with Thai labour law
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop an HR team covering Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Engagement, and OD
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial or HR Business Partner role
- Strong background in recruitment and employee engagement; experience in retail, luxury, lifestyle, or multi-branch businesses is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including working directly with founders or top management
- Solid knowledge of Thai labour law and HR operations
- Good command of English (business level) for working in an international growth environment
- Experience with regional or international HR is a strong plus
- Energetic, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing organization
