HR manager

Key Responsibilities

Compliance

• Make sure client work complies with the Employment Act, the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, the Employment Agencies Act and CPF rules
• Advise clients on the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF), TAFEP and the Tripartite Guidelines
• Review employment contracts, HR policies, payroll and work pass records for compliance
• Make sure our EA licence conditions and EA personnel registrations are maintained

Immigration & Settling into Singapore

• Oversee all pass types, including EP, S Pass, Work Permit, ONE Pass, EntrePass, Training Employment Pass, Dependant’s Pass, LTVP and PR (including GIP)
• Help foreign employees and their families settle in Singapore
• Handle escalations, appeals and queries from MOM and ICA

Team Management

• Lead and develop the team across Singapore and the region
• Set KPIs, review work quality and maintain SOPs

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years at an employment agency, HR consultancy or corporate services firm
• At least 2 years of team management experience, preferably regional
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, work passes and PR applications
• CEI certified, or willing to obtain it
• A detail-oriented, compliance-first mindset with strong leadership skills
