About the Role

Ardent Universe, a digital agency offering content creation, public relations, social media management, web development, and recruitment services, is seeking an HR Manager to lead its people strategy and foster a high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
• Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labour laws.
• Advise leadership on workforce planning, compensation, and workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
