  • 2. HR Operations & Administration
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and HR documentation
  • Maintain HR records and digital workflows (e.g., Lark, forms, internal systems)
  • Ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR operations
  • 3. Performance Management & Compensation
  • Design and implement KPI / OKR frameworks
  • Develop performance evaluation systems (probation, monthly, quarterly reviews)
  • Support salary structuring (base + performance incentives)
  • 4. Policies, Compliance & Governance
  • Develop and maintain Employee Handbook and HR policies
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, etc.)
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and termination processes
  • Liaise with external parties (legal, corporate secretary, government agencies if needed)
  • 5. Organizational Development & Culture
  • Support team structure planning and workforce optimization
  • Drive company culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative, high‑performance environment
  • 6. Regional / Strategic HR Support
  • Assist in setting up scalable HR frameworks for regional expansion
  • Participate in strategic HR projects and business planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of HR experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, China, and Australia.
