Key Responsibilities – HR Manager Brazil, iGaming Sector São Paulo

• Lead the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s vision and regulatory requirements in the Brazilian gaming market.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all business units, ensuring a scalable and inclusive approach that attracts top talent for iGaming operations in Brazil.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning to enable a high-performing and future-ready organisation.
• Oversee onboarding, learning and development programmes tailored to iGaming and Brazilian employment best practices.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and inclusive workplace culture, championing diversity, equity, and wellbeing across all teams.
• Develop, update, and enforce compliant HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labour laws and the regulatory landscape specific to Brazil’s iGaming industry.
• Advise managers and team members on employee relations, performance management, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes while ensuring transparency and respect.
• Partner with global HR leads to roll out international initiatives and maintain alignment with the company’s people strategy.
• Coordinate HR administration, payroll, benefits, and HRIS management for the Brazilian entity.
• Track key HR metrics and deliver reports to leadership, supporting data-driven decisions for operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications – iGaming HR Careers São Paulo

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications a strong advantage.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner within Brazil, ideally in a technology, gaming, or digital sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labour legislation, HR compliance issues, and familiarity with best practices in the online gaming or tech industries.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of a diverse and international workforce.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills, with a results-driven and adaptive mindset.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and digital HR tools in a multinational work environment.
