HR Manager

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations and Compliance
- Establish, implement, and manage HR processes for the Singapore office in line with the Company’s business objectives and applicable Singapore employment legislation.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, employee handbooks, and other HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, internal Company policies, and corporate governance standards across all HR activities.
- Prepare, review, and administer employment contracts, probation confirmations, contract amendments, HR letters, disciplinary documentation, and other employment-related documents.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and employment documentation.
- Coordinate with external service providers and relevant government authorities regarding employment passes, work permits, medical insurance, labour documentation, and other employment-related matters.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job briefings, sourcing, market mapping, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Monitor recruitment performance and recommend improvements to increase hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
Employee Lifecycle and Engagement
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, probation reviews, contract renewals, promotions, transfers, and separation processes.
- Ensure a professional and positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
- Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development activities, and organisational development programmes.
Reporting and Stakeholder Management
- Monitor and analyse HR and recruitment metrics.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce updates, and management recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Office to ensure alignment with corporate HR policies, reporting requirements, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct when handling sensitive employee and Company information.
- Perform other duties reasonably assigned by Management in accordance with the nature of the position and business requirements.
