Location: Chinatown, Manila
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 7:30AM - 6PM (Compressed Workweek)
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
The HR Manager will play a key role in overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, member relations, performance management, and organizational development. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Lead the HR team in driving organizational excellence by providing strategic guidance, innovative solutions, and collaborative support that strengthen the relationship between the company and its members while enabling business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure in strategic HR leadership and business partnering.
- Strong expertise in organizational design and workforce planning, ensuring the right structure, roles, and capabilities support business strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Performance Management Systems (PMS), talent management, and succession planning frameworks.
- Confident in presenting HR insights, workforce analytics, and people strategies to top management and participating in executive-level discussions.
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Ability to source, assess, and hire quality candidates aligned with business needs
- Experience in designing and implementing appraisal and KPI frameworks
- Ability to handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Capability to interpret HR data for decision-making and process improvement
- Experience in identifying learning needs and implementing development programs
- Ability to create and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Familiarity with HRIS, recruitment platforms, and documentation systems
- Demonstrated capability in leading change, designing innovative HR programs, and building high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and coaching skills.
- Experience in a multi-company or group of companies setup in a medium size to large firms.
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Knowledge of employer branding and talent development updated strategies/tools
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with Top Management to develop and execute short- and long-term organizational strategies, including workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Advise leadership on HR trends, organizational effectiveness, and change management strategies to optimize company performance.
Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Design and implement forward-thinking recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies that attract, develop, and retain top members.
- Identify future talent needs in alignment with business growth and succession planning.
Organizational Development & Performance Management:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management systems, competency frameworks, and member development programs.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development Department to ensure development initiatives strengthen leadership pipelines and member capabilities.
Member Relations & Engagement:
- Develop innovative programs that foster engagement, enhance member experience, and reinforce company culture and values.
- Ensure effective communication of policies, practices, and codes of conduct to maintain alignment across the organization.
HR Operations & Governance:
- Oversee HR planning, budget management, and operational excellence to support business objectives.
- Develop and implement policies, systems, and processes that address evolving HR needs while promoting organizational agility.
Leadership Development & Coaching:
- Coach and mentor leaders and high-potential members to strengthen leadership competencies and decision-making aligned with company values.
- Build and maintain a high-performing HR team capable of delivering strategic HR solutions and operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the HR function.
