HR Manager /Construction industry @Tuas

Oversee process of payroll i.e computation of salaries, allowances, deductions & statutory submission.

Manage employee claims, liaise with government bodies i.e levy waivers & employment submission.

Develop, review, and implement HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Handle application, renewal & cancel of work pass, repatriation processes for foreign employees.

Prepare and present regular and ad hoc payroll, manpower costing reports for management

Coordinate and ensure mandatory training is conducted i.e certifications and operational licenses.

Maintain employee records, including payment details, health records, and employment history.

Conduct site visits to inspect worker deployment, ensure workers are assigned to designated location.

Oversee supervisors/workers to ensure manpower allocation aligns with requirements/schedules.

Degree in HR/Business with 5 years experience including payroll and administrative functions.

Experience in managing work passes, claims, and HR documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software (e.g. Info-Tech HR Cloud Portal)

Willingness to travel regularly to various construction and project jobsites.
