HR Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a small, fast-paced organization operating across the AI infrastructure and digital asset space, with a presence in Singapore, the US, and Greater China. This is a standalone HR role based in Singapore, reporting directly to the CFO.
What You'll Do
- Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between
- Manage local tax filings, statutory compliance, and payroll-related administration
- Oversee relationships with EOR/PEO vendors and HR systems across the region
- Support equity and RSU administration for local employees
- Partner with Finance on compensation, rewards, and budget planning
- Drive HR initiatives independently — this is a hands-on, builder role with significant autonomy
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a lean or standalone HR setup
- Prior exposure to equity/RSU administration and multi-vendor HR systems (EOR/PEO) is a strong plus
- Comfortable operating with minimal oversight — self-directed, resourceful, and detail-oriented
