HR Manager
- Minimum 3 years of UAE HR experience in logistics, food delivery, or FMCG industries.
- Experience managing HR operations for 500+ blue-collar employees.
- Proven expertise in managing rider and driver operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred.
- Proactive, energetic, and adaptable to a startup-style environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
