HR Manager

Take over recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for a small, family-owned St. Louis home care agency. Part-time, 10 to 15 hours a week, work from home.

Here at Home Healthcare is a small, family-owned home care agency serving St. Louis and the surrounding communities. We're looking for a part-time HR manager to take over recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for our caregiver team. This role works from home, about 10 to 15 hours a week to start.

What you'll own

• Posting and managing our job listings on Indeed and Gusto
• Screening applicants and running first phone calls
• Scheduling final interviews with the owner
• Running pre-hire checks: the OIG exclusion list, Missouri's Family Care Safety Registry, Casenet, and references
• Onboarding new hires in Gusto, from offer letter to first shift
• Collecting and tracking certifications, licenses, and new-hire paperwork
• Keeping our applicant records current

What we're looking for

• Experience in HR, recruiting, or hiring, ideally in home care, healthcare, or another hourly workforce
• Comfortable with Gusto or a similar HR and payroll platform
• Organized, quick to follow up, and good on the phone
• Available for calls during weekday business hours

Pay and employment

• $25-$30/hr depending on experience
• Part-time, 10 to 15 hours a week to start, fully remote
• W2 employment
