HR Manager/ HR Specialist (Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry)

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the full spectrum of HR operational activities for the Singapore office
• Lead recruitment activities across operational, sales, commercial, and corporate functions
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with Singapore regulations
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, performance reviews, leave, benefits, and employee relations
• Support management in manpower planning, workforce development, and organisational initiatives
• Coordinate payroll-related HR matters and maintain accurate employee records
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management on day-to-day HR matters
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
• Support the development of HR processes and practices as the business continues to grow
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with the operational requirements
• Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Transportation industry
• Good understanding of the HR practices and working environment within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Familiar with Singapore employment regulations and HR practices
