Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We collaborate with manufacturing firms in the Iron Mountain area that seek skilled HR Managers. Usual Responsibilities
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Support safety programs and track incident reporting.
- Manage onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain personnel records and HR information systems.
- Advise managers on policy and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee recruiting and hiring for production and office roles.
Recommended Qualifications
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- Five or more years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, and EEOC requirements.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with union environments and collective bargaining.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
- Experience building training and apprenticeship programs.
- Familiarity with multi-site HR operations.
