Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager for a luxury safari tour operator based in Botswana.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic human resources professional with strong leadership abilities and a passion for developing people, fostering positive workplace culture and ensuring HR best practices are maintained across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all human resources functions across the organisation
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee retention initiatives
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
• Support management with employee relations and performance management processes
• Coordinate training and development programmes
• Manage payroll-related HR administration and employee records
• Drive staff engagement, wellbeing and organisational culture initiatives
• Provide strategic HR support to senior management
Requirements
• Previous experience as an HR Manager, preferably within hospitality, tourism or luxury travel sectors
• Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Experience working in remote or multi-site environments would be advantageous
