Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR policies

• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits coordination

• Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws

• Partner with leadership on workforce and organizational needs

• Manage HR programs, documentation, and employee engagement

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of California employment practices
• Entertainment or media industry experience preferred
• Bilingual in Korean and English
