Job Responsibilities

- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as talent acquisition, retention, and employee development.
- Support the implemetation of HR initiatives and programs focused on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Provide advice and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine talent acquisition strategies that attract top candidates in the competitive FMCG market.
- Facilitate training and development programs that align with business objectives and enhance employee skills relevant to the FMCG sector.
