Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's business objectives. The role will focus on recruitment, organizational culture, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations while ensuring that the company's core values are embedded across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive HR leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial environments, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, high ethical standards, and proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Odoo, as well as AI tools.
