HR Manager

Location: Stadium Road, Port Harcourt

Salary: 300,000 - 500,000

Requirements
• B.Sc. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• CIPM certification (compulsory)
• Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, preferably in hospitality
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labour laws
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Must reside close to the job location

Responsibilities
• Lead HR operations and talent management
• Develop and implement HR strategies
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and drive employee engagement
