Job Descriptions
Knowledgeable and capable in handling full spectrum of Human Resource functions:
Policy & Procedures
- Draft and update of documents such as HR Policies, SOPs, Employee Handbook and other HR related documents
- Executing and implementing Corporate HR Policy and Procedures and ensure standardization and alignment amongst all subsidiaries
- Proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and drive changes necessary to establish good HR practices
- Ensure compliance of all HR policies
Employee Relations
- Work closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale, retention, cultivate a positive working environment and advocate company culture
- To provide support on all aspects of employee relations including absence management, career development, grievance handling, disciplinary action and workplace dispute
- To handle all industrial relation (IR) issues, if any
Recruitment, Training & Development
- To support and standardization of recruitment and training activities amongst all subsidiaries
- To manage full life cycle recruitment activities which include preparing job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interview, writing job descriptions, etc.
- To handle new application and renewal of work permit/visa for expatriate
- To perform Job Profiling and determine the training needs of all subsidiaries to align with the company's business strategy
Payroll and Compensation& Benefits
- Responsible for staff claiming, monthly payroll, statutory and preparation of monthly reports (payroll report, headcount report, etc.) for Corporate Office
- Liaise with Insurance Company on new recruits, resignation, additional dependants, etc.
- Conduct annual review of GHS & GPA insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage
- Maintaining an attractive C&B structure by conducting C&B survey, benchmarking, recommending and implementing revisions
Others
- Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirement and HR practice such as employment contract, confirmation, warning, termination, memo, policy and etc.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies and local authorities; ensure compliance with the various by laws and legislation under the purview of HRM
- Implement performance management/talent management initiatives to ensure enhanced knowledge and skills sharing/transfer, reward and recognition program
- Support in relevant audits
- Support in reporting and analysis work as require from time to time
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the superior from time to time with on time full closure
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience managerial position, preferably with broad exposure across all HR discipline
- Knowledge of statutory requirements and HR best practices
- Able to plan work meticulously and independently to ensure completeness of job-assigned
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive with a sense of urgency and self-motivated
- Passionate and dedicated working attitude
- Acute attention to detail and highly organized
