Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, policy development, employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
