Hr Manager

Job Title: HR Manager

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the management department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions

- Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions

- Implement performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback and coaching to employees

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations

- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- 5+ years of experience in HR management

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR) preferred
