We are seeking an experienced HR professional specializing in performance management, KPIs, appraisals, and employee accountability to drive high performance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage performance management systems and KPI frameworks.
• Oversee periodic employee performance appraisals and review cycles.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators to foster employee accountability.
• Collaborate with department heads to establish clear performance metrics and targets.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on handling performance reviews and improvement plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager with a strong focus on performance management.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and tracking KPIs, appraisals, and accountability frameworks.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
