HR Manager (projekt poufny)

For our Client, a well-established and dynamically growing international organization employing over 500 people, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the local HR function and support the company's continued growth and organizational development. Based in the western part of Warsaw, this is a strategic leadership role combining operational excellence with business partnership. The successful candidate will lead a team of seven HR professionals and work closely with local and international stakeholders to drive people initiatives while ensuring full compliance with labor law and HR administration standards.
