## Job Summary
The Manager HR & Administration will oversee all human resources and administrative functions within the plant. ## Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives tailored to the plant's needs.

## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification such as SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or similar is preferred.
