Key Duties:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning to support business growth.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR administration.
• Administer payroll, compensation & benefits, leave, attendance, claims, and HR operations using the Payboy HR system.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, work pass applications/renewals, and internal HR policies.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures while managing statutory reporting, employee insurance, and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass administration.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
